Mail applicant packets

Mail a letter and packet of application materials to each interested person. Include the following in each packet:

Application Packet Letter
Employment application - PDF*
Application Confidentiality Statement - PDF*
Applicant Survey Form - PDF*

Tips

You can collate packets of application materials ahead of time. Have the letter ready so all you need to do is type in the date, name and address. Save the names/addresses in a mail merge program so you won't have to retype them.
