Creating Meaningful Conversations: A Recruiting Workshop for Nutrition Educators employs principles involved in professional selling endeavors and applies them to recruiting participants for nutrition education classes. The six and one-half hour, interactive workshop involves participants in nine problem-solving activities including real life scenarios.
