JoAnn Stormer

Since 1999 JoAnn has been Executive Director of the Wisconsin Rural Leadership Program now Leadership Wisconsin, the only statewide leadership training experience. JoAnn has an extensive history of leadership and management experience in several diverse not-for-profit organizations. Over the course of the last fourteen years she has served as an executive director for four different statewide organizations leading a staff of as many as 80 paid and 5,000 volunteer staff. JoAnn's Bachelor's and Master's level education is complemented with over twenty-five plus years of experience in developing and delivering educational programming, workshops, presentations, and training for all age levels preschool through adult. Co-founder of the Wisconsin Nonprofits Association, former President, Greater Madison Association of Fundraising Professionals, Member of National Ski Patrol, Cascade Mountain.

Linda Murray
Director of Development

Linda Murray, CSW, MPA, has been the Director of Development of Leadership Wisconsin (formerly Wisconsin Rural Leadership Program) since fall 2005. A Group 9 alumna, Linda has worked over 25 years in progressively responsible positions in the healthcare, human service, housing, education, and government fields - leading in the areas of business development, service coordination, investigation, clinical systems management, program evaluation, and human resource management, including 15 years in fund development. She is known for creating strategic business/community alliances and effective collaborative projects. Linda is also a certified social worker in the State of Wisconsin and a member of professional organizations affiliated with social work, human services, public administration or philanthropy.

Kim Clist
Program Coordinator

Kim Clist has been with Leadership Wisconsin as the Program Coordinator since the fall of 2008. She comes from the private sector and brings over 7 years of experience in event planning and program administration. Kim handles all phases of program planning and management for Leadership Wisconsin; including seminar planning, budgeting, marketing, purchasing, travel, and recruitment. She also works with 300 plus alumni and friends who provide volunteer services for the program. Kim is passionate about adult education and finds that Leadership Wisconsin fulfills her need to be a part of people's continuing development. In addition to working with colleges and Universities throughout the country for 3 years as an account manager, Kim has attended the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, and The New York Institute of Technology.

Susie Seraphine
Development Assistant

Susie Seraphine rounds out the Leadership Wisconsin team, currently as a Development Assistant, having joined the team in August 2008 as a temporary program coordinator. Susie has actively utilized her undergraduate Business and Marketing degree in private businesses, national and construction settings over the past decade. She especially displays her leadership in project management, promotional marketing, event planning, and database management.
