International Seminar to India, Jan 8-24, 2008
Thirty-one Group 12 Fellows traveled to India, January 8-24, 2008, along with seven alumni: Yolanda Voigt (VIII), James Freeman (X), Nodji Van Wychen (II), Vicky Harter (VII), Bryce Larson (V), Jean Schomisch (III), and Mark Gunn (V). The journey began with a flight out of Chicago to Delhi via France. The group spent 6 days in Delhi and then flew to Bangalore for another 3 days. The overnight train trip from Bangalore to Madurai was an experience no one will forget. After 3 days in Madurai, the group again boarded a plane for Mahabalipuram where they completed their journey.
