Maintain and repair WisSat network and Cooperative Extension electronic equipment for the Distance Education/Digital Media Unit.

Test, evaluate and report on upcoming trends in related industries that might have an impact on the Distance Education/Digital Media Unit's future work.

Support remote conferences by training staff or traveling to the conference site.

Maintain inventory and support for the UWEX Polycom WisLine speakerphones.
