- Requesting an invitation letter
Many embassies require a formal invitation letter from the conference sponsor to submit with the visa application form. We are able to provide a standard letter if you send a request with the following information.
On official organization/company letterhead include applicant's:
- First name, last name
- Job title
- Complete postal mailing address (building, street address, city, region, country, country code)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Email request by June 28 to email@example.com
- Invitation letter will be sent back via email
Note: It is recommended that you secure your travel visa before registering for the conference.
- Embassy approval
International colleagues are responsible for contacting and forwarding the necessary information, forms, etc. to the appropriate embassy to obtain a visa or travel permit. Our office does not have any connections with foreign embassies.
- Travel expenses
Attendees are responsible for all of their conference and travel expenses. At this time our organization is unable to provide funding or scholarships to subsidize registration costs or other attendee expenses.
- Deadline to register for conference:
We do not have a deadline for registering for the conference other than the optional Wednesday workshops which have separate fees and limited space (first-come, first-served). You may register on site at the convention facility through August 8.
