| Abstract | This presentation explores the implications of the growing distance education movement for students with disabilities, along with benefits and challenges, and the application of relevant U.S. disability laws. In light of these factors, the presenter will recommend best practices for administration and faculty to support distance education programs that ensure equal access and opportunity in education for students with diverse abilities. |
