| Abstract | Feedback, validated by observation, is a key to leading a multi-cultural, multi-generational workforce. It is also a key to preparing such a workforce through distance education and training programs. In this presentation, Marilyn will focus on the following aspects necessary to achieve success: First, she will describe the leadership strategies that work with most people as well as pointing out the important exceptions. Second, she will cover communication strategies that maximize effectiveness by tailoring the message to the audience. And third, she will describe how to customize leadership style to those individuals you lead. Marilyn will also explain important, long-term leadership trends that get results. Whether you are involved in educating or training future generations, Marilyn’s message will prepare you to achieve successful programs maximizing the potential of future learners and workers. |
