| Abstract | Youth Work Institute programs have difficulties in rural areas where target audiences are sparse. Also, online learning situations are often difficult for some learners for whom technology is a challenge. This session will discuss how the Minnesota Youth Work Institute overcame these challenges to offer a successful evaluation training program through the use of localized learning teams. |
