Demonstration format

During these 20-minute sessions, presenters will provide a demo and answer questions about their course or training program, important case study, or new program pilot. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour three simultaneous demos in the same room for each 20-minute segment.

Discussion points may include:

Content organization
“Look and feel” of the interface design
Effective training materials and/or learning activities
Approaches fostering learner engagement and interaction
Assessment of learning outcomes

Standard room and audiovisual set-up

Three computer stations will be set up in same room.
Each station will include an A/V cart with monitor, power, cables, and Internet connection; table for laptop; and signage.
NOTE: Presenters are required to bring their own laptop computer.

REQUIRED: Submit one-page summary paper (OR optional 3-5 page proceedings paper) by May 4

Upload your paper to the Conference Drop Box; log in using the user name and password sent to you by email or click the log-in reminder link on the drop box page.

3-5 page proceedings paper

Download proceedings guidelines. Review formatting guidelines to help prepare your proceedings document (view 2010 sample paper).
Make sure session title and authors of paper match the title and presenters of session.
Upload your paper to the Conference Drop Box; log in using the user name and password sent to you by email or click the log-in reminder link on the drop box page.
Print and fill out the permission form, and fax completed form to 608-265-4555 by May 4.

Register by June 8

One presenter per Demonstration will receive a discount of $125 off the standard registration fee of $455.
Only one conference discount per person may be applied.
All presenters must register by June 8 and actively participate in the session. Failure to register may result in cancellation of your session.
Online registration starts in May; a reminder will be sent to you at that time with a link and instructions for registering.
