Discussion format
Presenters will have the opportunity to informally discuss a relevant topic, project, or resource (Roundtable Discussions) or published book (Author Discussions). After brief introductions and key points, presenters will facilitate discussion and feedback among participants. Four 45-minute discussions will take place during each time slot.
Standard room and audiovisual set-up:
- Several round tables with 10 chairs each will be set up in the same room
- No audiovisual equipment or tech support; this is a "no tech" or "unplugged" discussion
REQUIRED: Submit one-page summary paper (OR optional 3-5 page proceedings paper) by May 4
One-page summary paper
- Download guidelines and template to prepare your document.
- Upload your paper to the Conference Drop Box; log in using the user name and password sent to you by email or click the log-in reminder link on the drop box page.
3-5 page proceedings paper
- Download proceedings guidelines. Review formatting guidelines to help prepare your proceedings document (view 2010 sample paper).
- Make sure session title and authors of paper match the title and presenters of session.
- Upload your paper to the Conference Drop Box; log in using the user name and password sent to you by email or click the log-in reminder link on the drop box page.
- Print and fill out the permission form, and fax completed form to 608-265-4555 by May 4.
Register by June 8
- One presenter per Discussion will receive a discount of $125 off the standard registration fee of $455.
- Only one conference discount may be applied per registration.
- All presenters must register by June 8 and actively participate in the session. Failure to register may result in cancellation of your session.
- Online registration starts in May; a reminder will be sent to you at that time with a link and instructions for registering.
