ABOUT RESEARCH E-POSTER SESSIONS
Electronic poster sessions allow researchers and graduate students 45 minutes to discuss their completed research studies in a small group setting. Attendees will be able to tour several poster and/or slide-loop presentations at the same time and interact with presenters about their studies and findings.
Suggested level of experience
This format does not require prior presentation experience and is open to graduate students and professionals new to the field.

Information to submit for online proposal process
- Proposal title (10-word maximum)
- Primary contact and presenter(s)
- Presenter(s) biographical information and presentation experience
- Audience
- Session summary, objectives, and content description
- Type of research, research design, and analytic methods
Room set-up and equipment
Several Research e-Poster Sessions will be set up in one room as electronic "poster" stations with a small seating area for each.
Presenters are required to provide their own computers. The conference will provide each station with an additional computer monitor & cables, A/V cart, table, and wireless Internet connection.
Acceptance requirements
- If your Research e-Poster proposal is selected for presentation and you accept, you (and any co-presenter, if applicable) are committing to register for and attend the conference. Presenters must register by June 6, 2012 (e-Poster presenters will receive a registration discount of $125 each for up to two presenters).
- Accepted Research e-Poster presenters arerequiredto submit a3-5 page proceedings paperby May 4, 2012. All accepted papers will be published in the 2012 Conference Proceedings & Resources and added to the Resource Library on the conference website.
- Accepted Research e-Poster presenters must submit participant resources (handouts, slides, etc.) electronically by June 6, 2012 to be included in the Resource Library on the conference website.
