CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Online registration will begin in early May. Fees for 2009:
- Conference fee: $425 ($475 after July 15)
- Student conference fee: $240 ($290 after July 15)
- Group conference fee: $360 each for three or more people (see below)
- Optional half-day workshops on Wednesday: $75 ($90 after July 15)
- Optional full-day workshops on Wednesday: $175 ($190 after July 15)
- Conference hotel rates: $99-$154
The conference registration fee includes:
- All scheduled presentations, events, and meal functions on Thursday and Friday
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday receptions; Exhibit Hall access
- Conference materials
- Shuttle service from specified hotels to the Monona Terrace Convention Center (airport shuttle sign-up available for Friday)
INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
If you require a formal invitation letter from us as part of your visa application process, please refer to the Invitation Request Procedures for instructions. Deadline for requesting an invitation letter is June 12, 2009. Please note that attendees are responsible for contacting and forwarding the necessary information, forms, etc. to the appropriate embassy.
GROUP OFFERINGS AND DISCOUNTS

Group registration rates for groups of three or more
Our group conference fee this year will be $360 per person for three or more people from the same organization and billing address. This special rate cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or special rates. Groups must submit the Group Payment Form along with the individual registration forms at the same time. Group discounts must be submitted by July 15, 2009.
Reserve meeting space for your organization
Contact us to help you arrange meeting space for your group during the conference. We have facilities available to us that are reasonably-priced or at no charge. Any expenses would be the responsibility of the group. Contact the Conference Manager for further details and to check on availability. Other options or services may be available depending on your needs.
Reserve special vanpool parking passes for the conference
In addition to meeting space, groups that are driving to the 2009 conference as part of a vanpool may be eligible for complimentary parking passes at the Monona Terrace Convention Center during the day. There must be a minimum of three registered attendees per van. Reserve these passes early, but no later than July 15, 2009.
