WILS World 97 -- May 29 and 30, 1997 at the Radisson in Madison, WI
This year's WILS World concentrates on Internet and other automation
technology applications. For many of us, the Internet is no longer a
"Gee whiz" novelty--now we're figuring out what the Net and the Web
are good for (and not so good for). Join us as we explore Internet
applications, HTML coding, distance learning (and library support for
it), technology grant funding, copyright and fair use, technologies
for interlibrary loan, organizing Webs, and more.
We are returning to the site of the first WILS World, the Radisson
Inn, on Madison's west side. There are many restaurants and great
shopping nearby. Sign up early--space is limited, and we will be
advertising this event regionally and nationally.
