BARRIER-FREE WEB DESIGN, beginning April 3rd and continuing for four weeks, will be led by Norm Coombs and Dick Banks of the TLT Group's award-winning Project EASI (Equal Access to Software and Information). Learn how Web sites can be made informative, visually appealing, fully accessible to users with disabilities and compliant with the intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Designing for accessibility benefits everyone, as barrier-free Websites also accommodate users with diverse learning styles. Not a programming course, BARRIER-FREE WEB DESIGN instead is intended to help those who influence Web design better understand how to use Web technology as a means of expanding, not limiting, access to information.
