DESIEN is a searchable, interactive newsletter which was published by Instructional Communications Systems, University of Wisconsin-Extension from September of 1995 through November of 2003. Each archived issue offers original articles which emphasize all areas of distance education; as well as news updates in education, business and government; accessibility issues; technology and tools postings; reading and resource reviews; conference information; and contributions by subscribers.
