traditional audio-visual equipment to nonmediated,
general assignment classrooms
• Training for faculty on classroom systems and
instructional technology in mediated general
assignment classrooms
• Equipment support and problem
troubleshooting for all general assignment
classrooms
• Front-line support for classroom problems
and concerns
Audio Conferencing:
Audio conferencing is available in 3-way or 6-way
calling from standard campus desktop phones.
Standard campus telephone rates apply. For
larger groups, WisLine Audio is available through
UW-Extension. For more information, visit
uwex.edu/ics/wisline.
Classroom Video Conferencing:
Audio and visual connections between either a
pair of locations or among multiple connections
are available through a "bridge" at UW-Extension
in Madison. Video can be of participants and/or
the computer screen of the lead presenter. The
remote location requires similar equipment and
either Internet or an ISDN phone connection.
