Alberta Online Consortium
AOC is a Canadian national organization "focused on effective online practices and supporting flexible learning models." Their growing web site includes links to areas concerned with courseware/learning objects, professional development opportunities, K-12 research and featured articles, as well as descriptions of other specific projects. Membership options to AOC are identified.

National Center on Accessible Distance Learning (AccessDL)
The AccessDL site contains resources and links for distance learning administrators, educators, web designers and students about how to ensure that distance learning is accessible to students and instructors with disabilities. Categories of resources include discussion lists as well as publications and streaming video for distance learning designers, instructors, trainers, webmasters and editors. AccessDL is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and located at the University of Washington.

Call for Proposals for the Annual Conference on Distance Teaching and Learning
Proposals for the 21st Annual Conference are due January 24, 2005. You are invited to present a workshop, information session, course design showcase, or cracker-barrel roundtable discussion at Distance Learning 2005. The Conference Web site has complete details for online submission of proposals. The Annual Conference on Distance Teaching and Learning is sponsored by the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Listings of degree programs include various institutions worldwide. User has the option to search for one or more programs by name and can focus results according to the degree level or certificate. Also included is the option to list programs that are available either on or off campus. Keyword and institutions searching is also available.
