Web Authoring Training via the World Wide Web

Abstract

Since 1999, Cooperative Extension Technology Services (CETS) has been offering its popular classes via the web using course management systems, WebCT and Blackboard. This has saved travel time and expenses and has enabled participants to pace themselves through the material and activities.
