ABSTRACT
Encouraging at-risk populations to get tested for the HIV virus has become a goal for many public health organizations. Media campaigns may be effective in reaching this goal, but with stretched budgets within state governments and tight schedules among the employees, it can be very hard to coordinate a successful media campaign. This article presents a media campaign that was coordinated in part by using Web conferencing.
