Each officer holds office for one year beginning on July 1 and ending on June 30.
Offices are:
CHAIR:
Responsible for planning and conducting meetings and representing the organization in any official capacity.
CHAIR ELECT:
Assists the Chair in conducting the affairs of the organization. Serves as Chair in the absence of the Chair. Responsible for meeting logistics. Takes over as Chair at the end of the one year term of office.
SECRETARY:
Responsible for recording and distributing the proceedings of the meetings and for mailings and electronic communications.
TREASURER:
Responsible for the financial affairs of the organization.
An Executive Committee is made up of the current officers, the past Chair and one member at-large.
