Diversity Program Development Initiative Online Grant Application

Welcome to the online grant application process. The grant application is in five sections:

  • Contact Information
  • Community Partner Information
  • Project Summary/Project Narrative
  • Budget Worksheet/Budget Narrative
  • Timeline

You can work on any section of the grant whenever you choose, right up to the submission date and time. You can also exit the application and return later to pick up where you left off. You can (and will need to) print the cover page so that your CEEC representative and community partner organization representative can sign it. You must submit your proposal electronically to the UW-Extension division of Continuing Education, Outreach and E-Learning Dean's Office any time on or before March 5th, 2010 by 4:30 pm. Remember to forward a signed, print copy of the cover page.
