| Q131 - Can the text questions and answers submitted in a webconference be saved or printed for later use? |
Yes. The text questions and answers are saved in a question log which is available in the "Question Manager." From the "View" menu choose "Question Manager" (or use CTRL-Q from your keyboard). In the Question Manager window, click on the "View Log" button to view the Q & A log from your conference. This log can be saved to your hard drive or printed. The Q & A log can be a good way to help develop a "Frequently Asked Questions" document or used as a record of comments during your conference. |
