Q142 - This site is very helpful. But is video conferencing an option for a meeting of 4-5 people?

Yes, videoconferencing could be an option for a small meeting. We can accommodate up to 30 different locations in a single videoconference. Managing a meeting with 4-5 locations, would be very "do-able." Generally, we connect with other university or goverment locations, although we can also connect with businesses or any location with the proper videoconference equipment. As a part of our service, we contact all new sites and make test connections prior to the actual conferences to assure that we can connect and the conference will run smoothly.
