Q199 - I logged into a machine for my meeting, but the personal information that showed for me when I clicked my name in the Attendees Pane was wrong. Why did that happen and how could I fix it?

Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005, the software behind WisLine Web is designed to remember the personal information entered by someone, either presenter or attendee, based on the machine that they are using. If you log into a machine for a meeting and then click on the black triangle at the far right of your name in the Attendees Pane, you will see if anyone has entered personal information on your computer in the past. If you need to add or change the personal information, open the Tools menu and then choose User Preferences. In user preferences, there is a tab called Personal Information. In this area, you can add a company, title, email, phone number, and a picture of yourself.
