Schedule A Conference

Instructions: Submit a separate form for each meeting, course, or program. When the form is completed, submit it by selecting the "submit the form" button at the bottom of the page. Reload a fresh form for each entry.

* 9. All conferences are archived in LiveMeeting High Fidelity and LiveMeeting Replay. All archives are accessible on the web for 365 days at no charge. You may also download your archived recording from the LiveMeeting site at no charge. For an extra charge, ICS will provide a copy of your archive file via download from our FTP site. You will receive an email with instructions for downloading your file following your event.
