Do you need to assemble your DVDs, cassettes, CDs and printed materials into an attractive learning package? You can order various customized albums, binders, or notebooks with media cavities. ICS services also include:
- Custom labels for your DVD, CD, or cassette
- Assembly of collated print material and cassettes into notebooks or binders
- Shipping orders via UPS, U.S. Postal Service or other services.
Costs are based on the size of the notebook, number of media cavities, and an hourly material assembly charge.
Customer Service, Order Fulfillment and Distribution
ICS can create, implement and maintain customer support services for a variety of audio projects, including:
- Answering 800 number customer service lines
- Providing general information or referrals, and resolving customer problems
- Accepting mail or phone orders and receiving payment by direct billing, purchasing (credit) card, check, or money order
- Credit card orders can be handled with a lock box account
- Assemble and package single tape or CD orders and supplemental materials or complete audio cassette or CD packages
- Orders can be shipped via UPS, US Postal Service, or other services.
