If you are unable to receive this presentation:

  1. If you're attemptimg to receive a live program prior to the presentation start time the live stream has probably not started. Try again within a few minutes of the scheduled time.
    1. A Mediasite Presentation will provide information confirming the date, time and title of the program as well as show you screens indicating that the Presentation has not yet started.
    2. Windows Media and Real Media Players will show you an error that the file can not be found.
  2. Try all of the media player formats that are available.
    1. Recent updates to Windows Media Player might not allow you to access that format.
  3. Click the REFRESH or RELOAD button at the top of your browser to receive the most current link to the Presentation and select the link again.
  4. If you still can't view the live program or the recording, call ICS' Streaming Support HelpLine at 800-442-4614 to confirm if the presentation is available.
  5. If you continue to have reception problems, please consult your institution's computer support staff.
