For our users who have upgraded to Windows Media Player 11, here is a temporary solution to view the windows media version of your streams using an alternate media player.

*Extension is not currently supporting Windows Vista at this time

Windows XP Instructions

Step 1 Right click on the link you want to view Click save link as.
Step 2 Select the location to save the link Click save. (We recommend saving the file to the desktop)
Step 3 Navigate to the file location and right click on it. Select open with. Click choose program. * If there is not an arrow to choose different programs click on open with and continue to step four.
* If you have used these instructions before then you can choose the alternate Windows Media Player. Your file should now play.
Step 4 In the open with box click browse.
Step 5 Scoll over until you see Windows Media Player. Double click on that folder.
Step 6 Select mplayer2.exe. Click open.
Step 7 a. Select the alternate media player b. click ok. Your stream should now run! * If you check the always use box you will not have to repeat these instructions
