How to get your event streamed
The staff at ICS is available to help. To order streaming audio or video services, just let the coordinator of your WisLine audioconference or videoconference event know that you would like to have your event streamed. We'll need to know whether you'd like a live streamed event, or whether you would prefer to have your event recorded and placed on our server as an archive for later retrieval, or both. Then, you just let your participants know the web address where they can access the streamed file. If it's a live stream, you'll need to send instructions for accessing the stream in advance of your meeting or program. Previously recorded audio programs can be streamed at any time (we currently are not able to stream previously recorded video).
What type of events can be streamed?
Currently, we can stream the following:
- live audio conferences
- live videoconferences
- pre-recorded audio with graphics or text (such as PowerPoint slides)
- pre-recorded audio
