Rates for Webcast Services
Webcast services are packaged in full and half-day* increments (except for the “U-Record-It” package)
ALL packages include setup and teardown of equipment, pre-conference recorder and server setup, web page creation, presentation URL creation, and archive file storage. Learning design and instruction on use of the equipment is provided at no charge for new users.
Package # 1
Full-production* (technician support required)
self-contained, for remote locations outside of The Pyle Center AND non-distance learning rooms at The Pyle Center, (live and/or archived webcasts).
Includes:
- MediaSite encoder/recorder
- Remote kit (2 cameras and up to 4 microphones)
- Cable to one presenter-provided laptop (presenter laptop not included in price; laptop rental is available at extra charge -- $80/day)
Package Price:
$500 / day; $250 / half day* for equipment use, plus $59 / hour technical support, and travel expenses to remote locations (remote locations may have additional fees for room usage, on-site technical support, etc.)
Package # 2
Full production (technician support optional at extra charge)
in distance learning rooms at The Pyle Center (live and/or archived webcasts).
Includes:
- MediaSite encoder/recorder
- AV/distance learning systems (multiple cameras, monitors, and microphones) integrated in classrooms
- Cable to one laptop (laptop not included in price; laptop rental is available at $80/day)
Package Price:
$500 / day; $250 / half day*
Package # 3
Audio Minimal Production
Audio only (no video) and data presentation such as PowerPoint (live and/or archived webcasts).
Includes:
- MediaSite encoder/recorder
- One microphone
- Cable to one presenter-provided laptop (laptop or desktop computer rental is available at extra charge -- $80/day)
Package Price:
$300 / day; $150 / half day* plus $59 / hour technical support and travel expenses to remote locations, technical support optional in The Pyle Center (remote locations may have additional fees for room usage, technical support, etc.)
Package # 4
Minimal Production (technician support optional at extra charge)
Audio, video and data presentation in non-distance learning rooms at The Pyle Center.
Includes:
- MediaSite encoder/recorder
- One microphone
- Cable to one presenter-provided laptop (laptop or desktop computer rental is available at extra charge -- $80/day)
- One camera on tripod
Package Price:
$300 / day; $150 / half day*
Package # 5
U-Record-It (no technician support provided during recording time)
Self-contained, self-service for recording archived presentations, only.
Includes:
- MediaSite encoder/recorder
- One camera
- One microphone
- Cable to one presenter-provided laptop (laptop or desktop computer rental is available at extra charge -- $80/day)
Package Price:
$80 / hour (½ hour minimum charge)
Extras
Archived File on CD: $15 / CD
File Hosting: hosting on our server is included in the package prices
Additional equipment: equipment not listed in packages above will be charged at regular rates
Training and design: training and instructional design assistance is available at no charge when using ICS Webcast services
Cancellation Policy
Seven working days notice to cancel a webcast is required. No fee will be charged for webcasts cancelled prior to seven working days in advance of the event. Webcasts cancelled with less than seven working days notice will be charged one-half of the package cost of the event.
*Half day = up to 4 hours of program time
*Full day = 4 – 8 hours of program time
