| Make your event available online live or recorded for on-demand viewing using streaming media. Includes two technicians dedicated to the event for the duration of the event, multiple cameras, streaming, lighting and sound enhancements, and all necessary equipment to provide the most professional, high quality audio and video result. **Requires a Distance Learning or room presentation package in addition to the webcast feels for events held in The Pyle Center or The Lowell Center. See Instructional Media Services rates for prices. |

| We will travel to your facility to capture your event for live or on-demand viewing. We will visit your proposed site to determine lighting, power, networking and other requirements prior to your event. Events outside of the Madison area are charged any related travel expenses. Extras
Archived File on CD: Each package includes a CD or DVD copy at no additional charge. Extra copies are $20.00 each.
Additional equipment: equipment not listed in packages above will be charged at regular rates.
Training and design: training and instructional design assistance is available at no charge when using ICS WisLine Webcast services
Editing and production fees may apply. Please contact us for assistance in determining the correct package for your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Seven working days notice to cancel a webcast is required. No fee will be charged for webcasts cancelled prior to seven working days in advance of the event. Webcasts cancelled with less than seven working days notice will be charged one-half of the package cost of the event.
