Important Announcement from WisLine Audio
Instructional Communications Systems (ICS) is pleased to announce that the WisLine Audio teleconference service will soon undergo major updates, additions, and changes to its services and features. We’re excited about these changes and want to take this opportunity to share some of them with you, and to thank you for using WisLine Audio for your educational programs, training, and meetings. We hope you’ll find these changes as exciting as we do.
We’re in the process of installing new teleconference bridging and reservations systems. These new systems will give us more capacity and will add many new features to help you, such as online reservations and account management, and automated recording and playback of conferences. In addition, we will automate many of our existing reservations and bridging services allowing us to provide faster and more accurate customer support.
We’ll share more information in the upcoming weeks as we move closer to switching over to our new service, so please keep watching your email for further announcements. We will also post information on our website at www.uwex.edu/ics.

Audioconference Checklist

WisLine Audio Recording Options Expanded
We've recently upgraded and expanded our recording capabilities for WisLine audioconferences. All WisLine recordings are now recorded digitally. Recordings can be delivered to you on CD or by file download from our FTP site. All recordings are in the .mp3 format, so you can play them on any PC or on your handheld device, such as an iPod.
We've also changed our pricing policy for WisLine recordings. Please see our rates page for further information on pricing.
If you require your recording in a different format, please let us know. We can convert our recordings to most of the current digital formats.
