Rates for Services
WisLine Web charges include combined charges for the audio conference call and a data connection fee and are applied per minute of service. There is a 15-minute minimum charge. Charges are applied only to the actual meeting or conference time. Presenters may enter their auditorium and meeting place at any time before the scheduled date and time to upload and work with their slides at no charge.

Cancellation Policy
Effective January 1, 2007
Conferences scheduled in advance:
ICS must be notified of cancellation of a WisLine Web conferences at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the conference. Conferences cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full audio and data charge for the scheduled duration of the conference per line/license reserved (see rates above).
Conferences scheduled and cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the conference start time:
Conference will be charged the full audio and data charges stated above for the scheduled duration of the conference per line/license reserved.

One-hour conference per location:
Wisconsin state government or educational organization, participants dialing in to the main WisLine audio number from outside Madison:
$.19 x 60 minutes = $11.40 per location
Wisconsin state government or educational organization, participants dialing into to 800# from outside Madison:
$.23 x 60 minutes = $13.80 per location
Non-profit organization, participants dialing in to the main WisLine number:
$.25 x 60 minutes = $15.00 per location
Non-profit or governmental or educational organizations outside Wisconsin, participants calling in to 800#:
$.29 x 60 minutes = $17.40 per location
Wisconsin state government or educational organization, local calls (within Madison calling area):
$.19 x 60 minutes = $11.40 per location
Non-profit, local calls (within Madison calling area):
$.25 x 60 minutes = $15.00 per location
