WisLine Web is available to all governmental, educational, and non-profit organizations in Wisconsin and the U.S.

NOTE: submitting the form does not automatically schedule your conference. Please allow at least 48 hours for processing in advance of the time you request. Scheduling is subject to availability of audio lines and data licenses. If the time you request is not available, you will be contacted by phone. You will receive a confirmation by phone or email that your conference has been scheduled. If you need to schedule a conference with less than 48 hours advance notice, please call the WisLine Web reservations number: 608-262-7590.

Please have the following information ready to schedule a conference:

Preferred date and time of conference
Names of presenters
Number of attendees expected
Billing information (we can accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, UW direct charge, or purchase orders)

Hours for programming are:
7 am - 10 pm, Monday - Thursday
7 am - 5 pm, Friday
8 am - Noon, Saturday

Hours outside of normal programming times may be available by special arrangement. There is a $50 service charge for attended conferences taking place outside of normal hours of operation. You may also request an unattended conference outside of normal hours. There is no technical assistance for unattended conferences.
