Technical Support (30 minutes prior to, during your meeting)
If your participants are having technical problems during your meeting, please ask them to hang up and call one of the following numbers:
In the Madison local call area: 608-262-3399
Outside the Madison local call area: 800-442-4614
For Presenters only: *0*0 (Star then Zero, twice, on their telephone’s keypad). This will alert an operator. The operator may need to break in to the meeting on audio to troubleshoot. Everyone in the meeting will be able to hear the operator.
Presenters in The Pyle Center may use the help phone in the room and dial Zero then One to reach the ICS Helpdesk. Attendees should not use the *0 option, as it may interfere with the conference.
