UW-Extension is undertaking an Extension Impact Indicators Initiative to provide an impetus and institutional framework for the discussion of the value Extension adds to the lives of Wisconsin citizens.
The audience for these impact indicators is the public Extension serves, who fund Extension services with their tax dollars and the fees they pay for Extension programs, as well as their elected representatives who make policy and funding decisions.
An Impact Indicators System will not only help Extension tell its story more persuasively, but will also assist the institution in planning programs and improving their quality.
