The following two pieces of information are of particular interest:
POST PROGRAM SURVEY TEMPLATE
[To download this file right click on the link and select "Save target as" on the menu that appears.]
This survey is intended to be used by county faculty as a follow-up to such statewide programs as the Local Government Center's spring new and continuing officials workshops, and statewide ETN programs. The survey may be conducted by telephone or by mail. Faculty are encouraged to adapt the template to their local needs.
SAMPLE COUNTY FACULTY TALLY SHEET
[To download this file right click on the link and select "Save target as" on the menu that appears.]
This sample tally sheet is designed to help county Extension faculty report the impacts of their work in Local Governance and Finance. The form can be used to record the number of contacts made by local officials, note their programmatic responses and any substantial actions or outcomes resulting from their work. Faculty are encouraged to adapt the template to their local needs.
Questions and comments should be directed to any members of the Local Governance and Finance Team identified above.
