"Materials Only" Orders

If you cannot attend a WisLine teleconference or have missed one, you may still purchase the written materials and your choice of audio cassette tape or audio CD. The cost is slightly higher than a live WisLine to cover media and shipping costs.  PDF icon Printable order form (PDF file, 89 kb, 1 page).
