The
Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, now titled the Grade "A"
Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), 2001 Revision, represents the
24th revision since 1924 and incorporates new knowledge into public
health practice. This ordinance establishes nationwide quality standards
for milk.
