University of Wisconsin - Extension

Wisconsin Public Television (WPT) announced today it is conducting its annual sweepstakes contest in which any state resident over the age of 18 is invited to participate in a chance to win trips and other prizes, including a snow blower, DVD player and boxed WPT video sets.

No purchase or contribution is necessary. To enter the Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes, complete an Official Entry Form, which can be obtained by logging on to www.wpt.org/sweepstakes or by sending a stamped/self-addressed envelope to Lucky-Go-Happy, Wisconsin Public Television, 821 University Ave., Madison, WI 53706. Requests for entry packets must be received by Nov. 1.

The entry must then be returned to Wisconsin Public Television, Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes, 821 University Ave., Madison, WI 53706. Only official Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes entries may be entered. No facsimiles and/or reproductions will be accepted. All entries must be postmarked or received on or before November 14.

The Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes drawing will be held at WPT on November 26. Entrants need not be present at the drawings to win. All winners will be notified by mail. A list of winners will also be published in the February 2002 ¿Airwaves,¿ WPT¿s monthly program guide. A complete list of winners can also be obtained by sending a stamped/self-addressed envelope to Wisconsin Public Television - Winners.
