University of Wisconsin - Extension

University of Wisconsin-Extension is offering a four-session short course to help new and experienced gardeners get the best out of their gardens. Experienced Master Gardeners will give participants step-by-step instructions, helpful hints and design ideas to help throughout the growing season, from planning to harvest.

There is a course fee of $25, which includes the new ?Master Gardener Home Vegetable Guide,? complete with detailed fact sheets on over 30 popular vegetable crops.

Sessions will be held on four consecutive Mondays, beginning March 12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The course meets at the UW-Extension State Fair Youth Center, 640 South 84 Street, Milwaukee, Wis. For more information and to enroll in the course, call 414-290-2409.
