Learn How To Live Longer With Medical Special On WPT

Beloved public radio host, family doctor and University of Wisconsin Medical School professor Dr. Zorba Paster presents his perspective on longevity in How to Live a Long Sweet Life at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, on Wisconsin Public Television (WPT). In his first full-length television special, Pastor discusses his Five Spheres - physical, mental, social, spiritual and material -- model for living longer.

In examining each sphere, Paster shares his insights, along with information from recent medical studies, to educate viewers about common-sense prescriptions for healthier eating, the importance of life-long learning for longevity and guidelines for creating individual longevity plans.

Explore practical ways to reduce longevity busters, such as depression and anger. Learn how friends, family, spirituality, volunteerism and even plant life can function as longevity boosters.
