RACINE—University of Wisconsin Colleges and University of Wisconsin-Extension Chancellor David Wilson and Kern Family Foundation President James Rahn on Thursday announced the expansion of the 4-H Gateway Academy to 20 sites, with the potential to reach 500 middle-schoolers around the state this summer.
