Instructional Communications Systems (ICS) is pleased to announce its newest service, WisLine Anytime: an on-demand audio conference service that can be used at any time from anywhere. WisLine Anytime has the following advantages:
• On demand audio and web conferencing available at any time.
• 24 x 7 technical support.
• Ease of use with a dedicated dial-in number and passcode.
• Cost savings through lower per minute rates.
With WisLine Anytime there is no need to make a reservation or schedule a conference. You will receive your own personal passcode with up to 150 phone lines. You will also have access to an online dashboard allowing you to view your usage and control conference functions. You can even record your conference at no charge, download it to listen to at your convenience, and distribute it to others.
“Our colleagues asked for a more efficient and economical way to conference and meet, and we listened. WisLine Anytime will help make meetings and conferences easier and quicker while also reducing costs,” according to ICS Director, Eddie Loo.
The cost for WisLine Anytime is just 2.9 cents per minute (UW departments, Wisconsin state and local government agencies), and includes access to the account dashboard, recording, technical support, and more.
Web conferencing is also available using WisLine Anytime Online Meeting. Web conferences are fully integrated with your WisLine Anytime audio and allow you to upload and share PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel documents and pdf files, view web sites and applications, text chat, and more.
