Van Kekerix: Through close collaboration with other organizations and agencies, as well as the 26 University of Wisconsin campuses, UW-Extension ensures broad access to lifelong learning and world-class research. But don't take my word for it. Here are a few partners who enjoy working with UW-Extension.

Gearing: "We value the in-depth expertise of UW-Extension faculty and staff, as well as their professionalism and collegiality. The Quality Educator Interactive [see p. 7] brings together experience, knowledge and resources from several major organizations to create efficient and functional Web-based tools. Through this partnership, Wisconsin educators will gain access to high-quality, thoughtfully developed tools to meet their licensure and professional development needs."

Jatczak: "The Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation's (WWBIC) partnership with the Small Business Development Center offers clients a broader range of services, from business education to one-on-one assistance and networking opportunities. We refer clients to each other, co-sponsor events, and create new initiatives to meet emerging market needs. Bottom line - our collaboration makes starting a business in Wisconsin easier and more profitable."

White: "The unique partnership between Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe Community College (LCOOCC) and UW-Extension enhances the land-grant missions of both institutions. We work together to develop curricula and share resources in financial management, nutrition education, community development, youth development and water quality. These initiatives are prime examples of our shared commitment to cross-cultural education and awareness."
