Call for Data and Expertise for forthcoming WHO/FAO Expert Consultation on “The Lactoperoxidase System for Raw Milk Preservation” in three languages. IDF National Committees and experts are kindly asked to spread the announcement within and beyond their countries and to provide data input. Applications of experts should be provided directly to FAO as indicated on the last page of the announcement.

Call for identification of experienced dairy specialists interested in assisting at FAO dairy development projects, predominantly in developing countries, as consultants in the following areas:

  • 2003 REVISION of the Wisconsin DATCP MILKING EQUIPMENT INSTALLER MANUAL This document provides guidance for milking equipment installers and dairy producers on the regulatory requirements for milking machines used for Grade-A milk production in Wisconsin.  the requirements for plans and the plan approval process are outlined, ASAE design guidelines referenced, and sections of the PMO interpreted for Wisconsin application.
