The Status of Women Committee (SWC) was originally created in 2001 and charged to promote an institutional culture that uses women's talents effectively. In practical terms, we provide tools to help employees improve their day-to-day work life and explore future opportunities to better themselves. These cultural changes are intended to improve overall employee job satisfaction while at the same time improving job performance.
