  • Welcome Acceptance Letter for All Volunteers

    I am confident that many of you are already sending volunteers welcome letters annually. If you are currently sending a letter after volunteers have completed Youth Protection – that is excellent. If you are using the yellow cards; we have learned we need to discontinue using them. What is recommended is all volunteers receive an acceptance letter that outlines their responsibilities.
