2008-2009 Building Communities Survey

Please take 10 minutes to fill out the following on line survey so we can benefit from your feedback about the Focus on Sustainability webinar series. If you had multiple attendees at your location, please forward this link to each so that each attendee has the opportunity to respond. We can accept one survey per computer. Surveys are anonymous unless you opt to fill in your contact information. Your feedback will be automatically sent to us.

Please fill out the survey at : http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB2297BUZR45G

As we build a number of web-based tools on this web site, we recognize the need for training. And what better way to train folks on how to use web-based tools than the web itself? This series has been a big success over the past three years and we hope to improve on that record in 2008-2009 by bringing in some additional presenters and topics.

"Leave the Driving to Us".....

The Building Communities educational series will be offered via live, interactive Web programs which are accessed by the user with a simple web browser and a speakerphone. Using WisLine audio and browser-based software, participants can meet, interact, learn, and collaborate with others from the comfort of their office or home. These sessions are available to anyone who has a phone connection and computer with an Internet connection (requires 2 lines). We'll send you simple instructions for joining the session.

Continuing Education Units (CEU's)
Participants are eligible for 0.1 CEU's per session, or a total of 0.9 CEU's for participating in the entire series. Documentation of participation must be sent at the conclusion of the program (series) to andrea.smith@uwex.edu.

If you enroll for the entire series and miss one or more sessions, you will be provided access to an archived version of the session.
