  • Thursday, August 19, 2010Swine Judging

    • Judging begins this morning at the 2009 Waushara County Fair. Feel free to visit the exhibits, watch the judging, and learn.
      • 9:00 Swine in the Sheep & Swine Barn
      • 1:30 Goats in the Sheep & Swine Barn
      • 3:00 Poulty in the Poultry & Rabit Building
      • 6:00 Beef in the Youth Pavilion
    • Local Folk, Country, Blue Grass, Polka, or Rock Musical Artists (TBA)
      • In the Farm Bureau Tent
    • Wrist Band Night on the Midway
      • 5:30 - 10:30 pm
      • $15 for wrist band for unlimited use of the rides
    • Tractor Pull Picture of Tractor Pull
      • 7:00 pm
      • Evening entertainment at the 2009 Waushara County Fair opens with the traditional tractor pull! This is just the start of four phenomenal nights of entertainment

    • Big day for judging at the fair today! Junior and Open Division judging takes place in a variety of areas throughout the day.
      • 8:00 Dairy in the Youth Pavilion
      • 8:30 Knitting & Crocheting, Home Environment, Child & Family Development, and Open Foods in the Family Living Building
      • 8:30 Junior Cultural Arts in the Youth Expo Building
      • 9:00 Animal & Vet Science, Natural Science, Woodworking, Electricity, Mechanical Science, Self Determined, Health, and Youth Leadership in the Youth Expo Building
      • 9:00 Photography and Junior Foods in the Family Living Building
      • 9:30 Plant & Soil Science in the Exhibition Building Plant & Soil Science Judging (cabbage)
      • 10:00 Rabbits in the Rabbit & Poultry Building
      • 1:00 Clothing and Open Cultural Arts in the Family Living Building Home Environment Judging (Quilting)

      • Take a walk along the midway or through the Commercial and Exhibition Buildings on the North end of the Fairgrounds and sample the wares of the numerous commercial exhibitors at the 2009 Waushara County Fair.

      • Come join the excitement and noise of a crowd favorite...the truck pull. The grandstand will be full for another exciting night at the fair.

      • Come on down and see the excitement of the 4-H Archery and Rifle shooting contest. It will be held on the South end of the track.
