Thursday, August 14, 2008
- Judging begins this morning at the 2008 Waushara County Fair. Feel free to visit the exhibits, watch the judging, and learn.
- 9:00 Swine in the Sheep & Swine Barn
- 1:30 Goats in the Sheep & Swine Barn
- 3:00 Poulty in the Poultry & Rabit Building
- 6:00 Beef in the Youth Pavilion
- Local Folk, Country, Blue Grass, Polka, or Rock Musical Artists (TBA)
- Tractor Pull
- 7:00 pm
- Evening entertainment at the 2008 Waushara County Fair opens with the traditional tractor pull! This is just the start of four phenomenal nights of entertainment

Friday, August 15, 2008
- Big day for judging at the fair today! Junior and Open Division judging takes place in a variety of areas throughout the day.
- 8:00 Dairy in the Youth Pavilion
- 8:30 Knitting & Crocheting, Home Environment, Child & Family Development, and Open Foods in the Family Living Building
- 8:30 Junior Cultural Arts in the Youth Expo Building
- 9:00 Animal & Vet Science, Natural Science, Woodworking, Electricity, Mechanical Science, Self Determined, Health, and Youth Leadership in the Youth Expo Building
- 9:00 Photography and Junior Foods in the Family Living Building
- 9:30 Plant & Soil Science in the Exhibition Building
- 10:00 Rabbits in the Rabbit & Poultry Building
- 1:00 Clothing and Open Cultural Arts in the Family Living Building
- 1:00 Flowers & Houseplants in the Exhibition Building
- 5:00 Sheep in the Sheep & Swine Barn
- Horse Show
- 9:00 am
- Join the fun for the Junior Division Horse and Show - a fair favorite!
- Commercial Exhibitors
- Daily 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
- Take a walk along the midway or through the Commercial and Exhibition Buildings on the North end of the Fairgrounds and sample the wares of the numerous commercial exhibitors at the 2007 Waushara County Fair.
- Local Folk, Country, Blue Grass, Polka, or Rock Musical Artists (TBA)
- Truck Pull
- 7:00 pm
- Come join the excitement and noise of a crowd favorite...the truck pull. The grandstand will be full for another exciting night at the fair.

Saturday, August 16, 2008
- Horse Speed Show
- Horse Pull
- Local Folk, Country, Blue Grass, Polka, or Rock Musical Artists (TBA)
- Farm Bureau Tent and near the Commercial Building
- 4-H Graduation
- Junior Livestock Auction
- 1:00 pm
- Youth Pavilion
- See some of the county’s best livestock at auction. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
Everyone is welcome to bid.
- Demo Derby
- .5:00 pm
- Come enjoy an evening of smashin, crashin cars on the infield.

Sunday, August 17, 2008
- Hog Wrestling
- 9:00 am
- Teams of four try their ability at wrestling a hog. Come see who wins - the hog or the team.

Kids Entertainment

A variety of entertainment including Nick's Kid Show, Puppets, Hay Bale Surfboarding and more.
- Harness Racing
- Pedal Pulls

- Shooting Sports
- 1:00 pm
- Come on down and see the excitement of the 4-H Archery and Rifle shooting contest. It will be held on the South end of the track.
- Mud Drags
- 5:00 pm
- The 2008 Waushara County Fair closes with a new spectator event - - the Mud Drags. Don’t miss the high energy thrills of the fair finale.
- Exhibits Released
- Livestock exhibits only will be dismissed at 4:30 pm.
- All other exhibits will be dismissed at 5:30.
